This is a reminder that the Seoul Eulalia Festival is going on now until October 27th at Haneul Park. Of of the most impressive things about the location is that before 1993, this gorgeous park was a huge landfill that was a stain on the city. This area now holds 6 parks which together make up World Cup Park and have revitalized the ecology of the area. Haneul Park is normally closed during the evening but in October during this festival, it stays open until 10pm. It is really high up so you actually get to look down on the massive city below. How to get to Haneul Park:

-Walk out exit 1 of World Cup Stadium Station (Line 6)

-Walk towards the stadium parking lot

-Turn right at the large road, walk a few hundred meters past the overpass

-Cross the street, then follow the signs to the park
